Junior Engineering Associate

Role Summary

Trade Promoters (Pvt) Ltd, the representative of Schindler in Sri Lanka, is expanding its team and seeking an Assistant Engineer to contribute to the company's growth and delivery of world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing monthly PM and maintaining/improving PM quality.
• Conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, and supervising technicians.
• Performing analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving on respective routes.
• Conducting annual safety inspections.
• Preparing revenue generation and achieving targets.
• Meeting with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Ensuring on-site safety at all times.
• Utilizing the SAP system.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: NVQ 05 / HND / Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Prior experience in the elevator industry is an added advantage.
• Skills: Good technical knowledge, proficiency in English (speaking and writing), and knowledge of MS Office and the internet.
• Attributes: Willingness to work in the field, understanding of safety guidelines, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Other: Possessing a bike or driving license is an added benefit.
