Assistant Engineer - Navesta Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd

Role Summary

Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, cold rooms, and associated equipment. Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions and maintain operational records through the BMS. Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities. Manage engineering spare parts, maintenance documentation, and technical records. Support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and prepare technical documentation including URS, DQ, and equipment specifications for HVAC upgrades and improvement projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BSc / HNDE / NDT qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or NVQ Level IV in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in handling Building Management Systems (BMS), Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, Split Air Conditioning Systems, Cold Rooms, and other utility equipment.
• Sound knowledge of GMP requirements, pharmaceutical engineering practices, and cleanroom environmental controls.
• Familiarity with Industrial Automation Systems, including PLC and SCADA applications, will be a distinct advantage.
