Attributes and Qualifications

Age should be below 35 years
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Collection and Recovery
Full or part qualification in credit, recoveries or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution
Possess good presentation skills
Excellent communication skill in Sinhala, English & Tamil will be an added advantage
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work in computerized office environment
Should have a valid riding license
