Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistic or equivalent from recognized institute.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Store / Warehouse function within a reputed organization.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies, inventory management, logistics coordination, data analysis, safety compliance, technology proficiency, quality control, vendor relations and problem solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other tools; experience in SAP is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with leadership qualities.
• Ability to effectively manage and guide warehouse minor staffs.
• Experience in finished goods handling, loading operations, inventory control, and warehouse documentation will be an added advantage.
