Trainee Quantity Surveyor - Factory

Requirements/Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or possessing a part or full professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantity calculations.
• Support in cost estimation and comparison.
• Assist in tracking material usage and inventory.
• Support in preparing reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and site teams.
• Assist the QS team in day-to-day activities.
