Junior Finance Associate Management Accounting

Role Summary

Trainee Associate - Finance (Management Accounting) at Hemas Consumer Brands. This role is part of the "Rise-Up" program, designed for fresh graduates and undergraduates to gain real-world experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed analyses on variances between budget/forecast/actual data and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop supportive worksheets to facilitate monthly financial reporting.
• Communicate cross-functionally to gather data for financial evaluations and new financial models.
• Prepare product costings for established products, new products, and promotions.
• Evaluate financial implications on pricing and replacement costs considering market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Conduct business case and product profitability evaluations for launches and relaunches.
• Perform cost benchmarking, value chain analysis, and shadow costing for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed qualification in Finance/Business Management (CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
• Completed 06 months internship in a related field (Retail/FMCG exposure is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS applications.
• An inspiring contriver.
