Role Summary

M&M Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, a leading global supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Executive - Entry Framing (ASYCUDA) to join our Customs Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import and export customs declarations (CUSDEC).
• Verify shipping and customs documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Customs & other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
• Update clients on shipment status and customs release information.
• Maintain accurate customs records and documentation.
• Provide efficient customer service and support daily customs operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in customs entry processing.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance procedures and experience with ASYCUDA.
• Ability to prepare and process import and export customs declarations accurately and in accordance with customs regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
