Graphic Designer (Junior Executive Level)

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging packaging designs, digital content, and marketing materials that bring our products to life.

Location

Bandaragama | Millaniya (Transport provided via specific routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative artworks for packaging, labels, marketing materials, and other product-related design requirements in line with brand guidelines.
• Design digital communication materials, including social media content, digital banners, and promotional campaign creatives.
• Support video editing, including basic editing of promotional videos, social media reels, and short-form digital content.
• Support the brand team in developing visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing and R&D teams to translate briefs into impactful visual outputs.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output and accurate color reproduction.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG industry experience is an added advantage).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Good knowledge of print production processes and packaging design is an added advantage.
