Junior Graphic Designer
Role Summary
Bogawantalawa Tea Ceylon is seeking a dynamic and energetic young individual who aspires to a career in the field of Graphic Design to join the team at the processing center in Welisara.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing creative design concepts and solutions aligned with project needs and brand guidelines.
- Preparing and updating print-ready files for printers, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Assisting with and managing cutter drawings for printing or production requirements.
- Making artwork revisions and amendments based on feedback.
- Managing and maintaining standard design-related files in an organized manner.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven track-record, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment with exposure to best practices in Graphic Design.
- Sound academic background with a diploma or an equivalent professional qualification related to the Graphic Designing field from a recognized university or a professional institute.
- Proactive and pleasing personality with a flair for creative thinking.
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Location
Processing center in Welisara.
