We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Payroll to support the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of payroll processes, and the ability to maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes, EPF/ETF, attendance, and leave management.
• Experience with a payroll system will be an added advantage.
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
