Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
• Update Talent Acquisition related databases in a timely manner.
• Assist in updating the HR portal with related information.
• Support the L&D vertical while coordinating training programs.
• Update the training database and follow up on related payments with Finance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate or final year undergraduate in Human Resource Management or related qualifications.
• Minimum 06 months of experience working in the field of HR.
• Independent and works with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications.
• A good team player & communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
