Construction Junior HR Officer

What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in construction or related industry).
- At least completed CCHRM or a minimum qualification in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of HR functions and labour compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
- A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations at construction sites.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and site inductions.
- Coordinate with site teams on attendance, leave and labour matters.
- Support compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
- Handle site HR administration and employee queries.
