Who we are

Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORCL) is a flagship Board of Investment-approved company engaged in property investment, development, and management. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our project team on a 6-month contract to assist in the rectification, coordination, and updating of an interior tender drawing package for a large-scale interior fit-out project.

The Role

• Review and rectify existing interior tender drawings.
• Update plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP/Structural information.
• Prepare and update schedules, including finishes and joinery.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Incorporate consultant and client comments into revised drawing package.
• Preparation of the Construction issue set.
• Maintain and organize drawing registers, revision logs, and document control records.
• Cross-check drawings against specifications, schedules, site requirements, and consultant information.
• Assist in preparing presentation/support documents, mark-ups, and coordination notes.
• Support the project team with timely CAD drafting, detailing, and drawing amendments.

The Person

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modelling software.
• Strong attention to detail and good drawing coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
