Junior Internal Audit Associate

Asian Group of Companies (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to join our Head Office team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) and supports internal controls, compliance, and financial accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across Finance, Sales, HR, Administration, Procurement, Transport, and other departments.
• Verify payments, receipts, payroll, petty cash, expenses, supplier transactions, and customer accounts against supporting documents.
• Review procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, approvals, and supplier reconciliations.
• Ensure ERP records match physical documents and company procedures.
• Check compliance with company SOPs, approval limits, and internal financial controls.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, duplicate or unauthorized transactions, and control weaknesses.
• Carry out scheduled and surprise audits, prepare audit reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Submit monthly audit summaries and maintain audit findings trackers for the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings confidently.
