Junior Executive | Executive - IT

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to Head Office and branch users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other business applications.
- Assist with user account creation, configuration, access rights, and related IT administration.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Assist with network connectivity and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, and support activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical issues and maintenance activities.
- Follow IT security policies, procedures, and standard practices.
- Provide on-site support to branches when required.
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / HND / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional IT certifications such as * Network*, Microsoft, CCNA * or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Required Experience
- Junior Executive - IT: 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Executive - IT: 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support and IT operations.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, printers, and network connectivity.
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the financial services / banking sector, would be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to branches when required.
