Junior Legal Officer
Company: Nature's Beauty Creations Ltd
We are looking for a suitably qualified and motivated Junior Legal Officer to join our team at our corporate office in Hokandara.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day business matters
- Draft and review agreements and other legal documents
- Handle intellectual property registrations and assist in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights
- Conduct legal research and advise on relevant laws, regulations and legal developments
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals and government authorities, as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Attorney-at-Law
- At least three years' post-qualification experience, including a minimum of one year in litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Experience in company secretariat practice would be an added advantage
- Below 30 years of age
