Junior Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the merchandising process from sourcing to store delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Assist with product development and follow up on samples.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain merchandising records and update product information.
- Support control, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Follow up on purchase orders and production progress.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in fashion/apparel merchandising.
- Good knowledge of fashion trends and apparel products.
- Basic understanding of sourcing, product development, and production & inventory.
- Strong communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
