Role Summary

SSV Construction, a leading building services engineering company based in Homagama, is seeking Trainee Quantity Surveyors to join our team for diverse construction projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Quantity Surveying work such as Preparation of Quotations, BOQs, and Rate Breakdowns.
• Coordinate with project teams and ensure timely completion of Quantity Surveying work.
• Visit to the sites and Take off Quantities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying related works.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in the construction field.
• Qualifications: HND, NDT, NCT, or equivalent.
• Additional skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Candidates residing in the Colombo District will be given special consideration.
