Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Azonic Midas (Pvt) Ltd, a leading name in aluminum joinery and glazing solutions, is looking for a qualified and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our commercial and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs and material take-off.
- Review technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate costing.
- Handle project estimates, budgeting, and cost control.
- Manage variations, procurement, and supplier quotations.
- Coordinate with technical team, procurement, and site teams to ensure project efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Should possess the required qualification in quantity surveying.
- Experience in the Construction Industry. Knowledge Aluminum Joinery and Glazing field will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Familiar with construction contracts, procurement processes, and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong analytical and measurement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and late hours to ensure deadlines are met.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Team player with a positive mindset.
- Age below 30 years.
