We are looking for dynamic personalities with the following qualification

The minimum qualification for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor (QS) typically focuses on foundational academic pathways, core technical awareness, and vital soft skills. This document outlines the standard entry-level benchmarks required for individuals transitioning into professional construction cost management roles.

1. Educational Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Academic Level: GCE Advanced Level (A/Ls) qualification with an ongoing or completed Foundation, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma (HND) such as UK Level 5 or equivalent.
• Academic Status: Fresh graduates, current undergraduates seeking industrial placement, or internship candidates are highly eligible.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related built environment disciplines.

2. Core Skills & Competencies

• Computer Literacy: Strong fundamental knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data organization) and general office productivity tools.
• Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of measurements, construction documentation structure, and ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, or engineering plans.
• Soft Skills: Excellent numerical abilities, high attention to detail, strong verbal/written communication skills, and an active willingness to learn on-site and office procedural workflows.
