Role Summary

Job Title: Recovery - Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recover overdue markup principal installments & over dues on the assigned mid delinquent portfolio.
• Conduct on-site customer visits at residences and workplaces to facilitate recoveries.
• Perform other recovery actions following recovery policy guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information.
• Record recovery outcomes and provide regular operational feedback.
• Prepare recovery related information for reporting and MIS purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the recovery team and support colleagues when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification (higher qualifications will be an added advantage).
• Previous experience in recovery, collections, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
• Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
