• Should possess GCE A/L qualifications.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration would be an added advantage.
• Age below 28.
• Excellent analytical skills for problem solving.
• Leadership skills with results orientation to lead a large sales team.
• Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) applications.
• Willingness to learn and take up challenges.
• Creative and innovative to act proactively.
