About the Role
- Active B2B client acquisition through direct outreach and meetings.
- End-to-end lead conversion and negotiation for new and repeat orders.
- Execute digital marketing and lead generation across meta, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years hands-on B2B sales/marketing experience (packaging/FMCG/manufacturing a plus).
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with minimal supervision.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business (e.g., SLIM/CIM) preferred.
- Valid driving license / Own transport (added advantage).
