Junior Executive - Talent Acquisition

What We Are Looking For
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM or related field
- 6–12 months of internship experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage
- Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates effectively
- Manage bulk/mass recruitment requirements within defined timelines
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support employee engagement and HR operational activities
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and HR documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and talent attraction strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions
