Junior Executive - Warehousing (Wattala)

Role Summary

Aitken Spence Logistics is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Executive - Warehousing.

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field.
• Ability to work as part of a team for extended hours as and when required.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the vicinity of Wattala.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up layouts for efficient space/equipment utilization across all warehouse locations.
• Coordinating and monitoring the delivery, receipt, and dispatch processes.
• Supervising smaller teams to develop effective stocktaking and inventory management systems.
• Ensuring all inward/outward cargo documents are completed accurately.
• Implementing safety standards, conducting regular stock counts, and verifying inventory.
