We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion requirements.
• Assist chefs with food preparation, ingredient assembly, and batch preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Store ingredients properly and assist with inventory organization.
• Support kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and waste disposal when required.

Requirements

• Good educational background.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation or a similar culinary support role.
• Basic culinary knowledge and good knife skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and reliable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively during busy dining hours.
• Experience in a Chinese restaurant kitchen will be an added advantage.
