Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records of all kitchen items
- Issue food items to the kitchen with proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain cleanliness of the store
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and record keeping
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Honest, reliable, and responsible
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle physical work when required
- Previous experience in storekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
- Certificate related to storekeeping, inventory management, or supply chain will be an added advantage
