Role Summary: Join our team as an Executive - Knitting, where you'll support in optimizing machine performance and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Quick Change Over activities.
- Guide internal projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Analyze production trends to enhance productivity.
- Manage mechanical tools and spare parts to minimize machine issues.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor quality outputs and support quality circle initiatives.
- Contribute to planning meetings to minimize design change-overs.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Textile Engineering.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
