Join our team as an Executive - Knitting, where you'll support in optimizing machine performance and production efficiency. You will handle Quick Change Over activities, guide internal projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and analyze production trends to enhance productivity. Managing mechanical tools and spare parts, addressing machine issues, and coordinating with engineering teams will be central to ensuring seamless operations. You'll also monitor quality outputs, support quality circle initiatives, and contribute to planning meetings to minimize design change-overs. This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Textile Engineering and bring a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
