Role Summary

Texlan Center (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI approved company under the Interloop Group, specializing in the manufacturing of hosiery products for export. We are seeking dynamic, hardworking, and ambitious individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise work of assigned personnel in the Knitting department.
• Provide growth and development of associates within the department to deliver exceptional work.
• Responsible for achieving planned efficiency and productivity targets in the respective section.
• Troubleshoot production problems and ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production.
• Prepare and maintain reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Management from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the apparel/hosiery industry.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle and ERP systems.
