Key Responsibilities

• Perform planning, organizing, and execution of laboratory operations.
• Lead, train, and guide laboratory staff to optimize performance.
• Administer laboratory operations to assure quality and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Ensure customer centricity, administrative efficiency, and effective cost management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience of more than 6 years in SMLT/MLT Grades.
• Must be SLMC registered.
• Sound technical and commercial acumen.
• Conversant with MS Office packages.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills with good attention to detail.
