Lab Technician - Ekala

Role Summary: As part of the QA team in the Ekala Animal Feed processing plant, the Lab Technician is responsible for supporting quality assurance across all stages of animal feed production. The role involves ensuring product quality and maintaining compliance with food safety and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate sampling and verification of incoming raw materials.
• Monitoring and controlling feed quality during milling and mixing processes.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products in the warehouse to ensure correct storage conditions.
• Routine laboratory analysis of samples using standard testing methods and equipment.
• Participating in pest control activities within the plant.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP requirements and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Standards.

The Candidate

• Male candidates in the age range of 20-30.
• Must be good in English and computers.
• Must have an advanced level in the bioscience field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the same field is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
