Lab Analyst / Junior Lab Analyst

Role Summary

Martin Bauer Hayleys (Pvt) Ltd is a joint venture between Martin Bauer Group, Germany and Hayleys PLC, Sri Lanka. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at our factory in Hatton.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology, Quality Management, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a food testing laboratory or quality assurance environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of food analysis techniques, laboratory procedures, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems such as HACCP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to maintaining laboratory safety and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Location

Factory located in Hatton.
