Position 1: Land Surveyor

Location: Kerawalapitiya

Role Summary: We are a leading manufacturing organization looking for a Land Surveyor to support our expansion and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out construction setting out for civil and structural works.
• Conduct land surveys, contour surveys, and as-built surveys.
• Operate survey equipment including Total Station, Auto Level, and Laser Level.
• Prepare survey drawings, layouts, and survey reports.
• Verify survey accuracy and maintain survey records.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Work extended hours when required to meet project schedules.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physically fit to work in outdoor construction environments.

Position 2: Survey Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Surveyor in construction setting out and surveying activities.
• Handle and maintain survey equipment during field operations.
• Assist in taking measurements and recording survey data.
• Support the survey team in daily site activities.
• Work extended hours when required.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of surveying principles and construction site practices.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Survey Helper.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Physically fit for outdoor site work.
