Jungle Beach – Trincomalee is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily laundry operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while coordinating laundry activities and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
By maintaining exceptional service standards, a Laundry Supervisor will support the smooth functioning of daily operations by ensuring the timely processing, proper care, and quality control of all laundry operations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A Proven Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in laundry operations, preferably in a luxury resort or boutique hotel environment.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial laundry processes, fabric care, stain removal techniques, laundry equipment, and hygiene standards, combined with a commitment to sustainability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure the timely availability of clean linen and uniforms while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Organizational Skills: A structured and proactive professional who effectively prioritizes laundry tasks, maintains quality standards, and supports seamless guest service delivery.
- Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
