- Above 28 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience in layer farm management
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Diploma in Agriculture/ Animal Science
- Strong leadership and team management
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily layer farm operations
- Monitor livestock health and performance
- Supervise and coordinate farm staff
- Maintain accurate farm records
- Ensure proper implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain high standards of farm productivity and animal welfare
