Lead AI and Data Strategy Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Consultant with strong expertise in AI, Data, and Analytics, combined with proven experience in business development, presales, and client engagement. This is a highly client-facing role focused on driving revenue growth, shaping opportunities, leading presales engagements, and positioning AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development across AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation services.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Lead presales activities including client engagements, workshops, solution presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Build client relationships, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Advise clients on AI, Generative AI, Analytics, and Data platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions and present transformation roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.

Requirements

• 6 - 8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, Technology Consulting, Presales, or Business Development.
• Hands-on experience in Data Modeling, Visualization, and Data Engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI, Analytics, Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Proven expertise in client engagement, consultative selling, proposal development, and solution presentations.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Generative AI and emerging technologies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data & AI, Business Analytics, or a related field.
