Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Annual and Monthly Card Discount Calendar to ensure a consistent and competitive market presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor card offerings to propose innovative campaign concepts and product enhancements.
• Liaise with the Marketing department to facilitate timely SMS campaigns, website updates, and the approval of all promotional artwork.
• Verify all marketing collateral (flyers, social media, etc.) against signed agreements.
• Ensure of accurate processing and releasing merchant payments and reimbursement claims within agreed timelines.
• Assist in tracking the marketing budget and monitoring the utilization of funds against specific campaign targets.
• Contribute directly to the department's goals of achieving yearly card issuance and spend targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Card Business or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge on card related Regulatory mandates and payment schemes.
• Full / part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification will be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams with credibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
