Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Summary: Be a key contributor in delivering successful projects through accurate cost management, contract administration and strategic commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quantity surveying activities across projects.
• Prepare accurate cost plans, estimates, BOQs, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, and risk analysis.
• Administer contracts and advise on commercial and contractual matters.
• Certify interim payments and prepare final accounts.
• Mentor and guide the QS team and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a recognized professional qualification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, PWD).
• Proven experience in cost planning, contract administration, and claim management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, Cubicost).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
