Role Summary

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Institute’s social media platforms.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities.
• Develop and execute creative ideas for marketing initiatives and brand enhancement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and design materials in line with established brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Marketing or a professional qualification in CIM or SLIM.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including social media optimisation, advertising, analytics, and reporting.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital design, short-form video content, and blogging.
• Content development skills will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work accurately, meet strict deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be creative with an excellent command of English and Sinhala.
