Role Summary

McLarens Group is seeking an experienced, technically strong, and commercially driven professional to join our team as a Senior Facility Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic facilities management professional with strong expertise in commercial building operations, HVAC systems, critical infrastructure management, and large-scale facility maintenance. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and tenant satisfaction across complex commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, chiller, and VRV/VRF systems.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical power infrastructure, including generators and ATS systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor building management systems (BMS).
  • Manage facility refurbishment post-care and monitor the condition of building infrastructure.
  • Develop and control facility management budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with a recognized qualification in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC systems, critical infrastructure, and multi-tenant office operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing building refurbishments, modernization projects, or system upgrades.
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, FMA, LEED Green Associate, or BEE Energy Manager will be
