Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Garment Technician (Sample Room) to join our technical team. This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge customer requirements with production readiness while ensuring fit, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and confirm specs & tech packs against customer requirements, patterns, and samples.
• Manage sample development from Proto to PP stage.
• Conduct fit sessions and coordinate pattern adjustments.
• Prepare and confirm OBD and methods confirmation.
• Handle costing and bulk consumption calculations.
• Lead Risk Assessment, Sample Start-Up, and Bulk Production Meetings.
• Manage Size Set approval process and bulk readiness.
• Provide value engineering and quality improvement solutions.
• Support specialized processes including bonding, laser cutting, screen print, and sublimation print.
• Assist sample room sewing and machine setting activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical analysis.
• Experience in sample room and pre-production environments.
• Proficiency in Lectra, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
