Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch Gold Loan operations in full compliance with approved SOPs and internal controls.
• Drive business growth, improve Net Stock position, and increase takeover conversions.
• Provide final authorization for gold loan transactions and supervise valuation accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation, timely system updates, and strict vault/stock control procedures.
• Maintain high customer service standards while minimizing customer waiting time.
• Guide, supervise, and support the branch Gold Loan team to achieve operational and business targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Gold Loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation, documentation processes, system handling, and risk control practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy is essential; prior banking or finance experience will be an added advantage.
• Training & Team Development (Essential Competency): Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop subordinate staff in operational procedures, documentation standards, customer handling, and SOP compliance.
• Capable of delivering clear instructions and providing effective on-the-job coaching to enhance overall team performance.
