Senior Industrial Engineering Executive
- Experience & Education: Diploma/qualification in Industrial Engineering (or related field) with 3–5 years of garment manufacturing experience; GSD certification is a plus.
- Garment Costing & SMV Optimization: Utilize work/time studies and line analysis to calculate accurate garment costings, manage cost structures, and establish baseline SMVs.
- Efficiency & Productivity Drive: Identify operational enhancement opportunities, reduce factory waste, and implement corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with factory IE, production, and technical teams to optimize manufacturing methods.
- On-Site Engagement & Travel: Strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills; willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing facilities.
Senior Pattern Maker
- Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry with relevant technical qualifications.
- Pattern Development & Tech Pack Mastery: Interpret complex customer technical design packs to create accurate patterns.
- System & Library Management: Proficient in CAD systems (specifically the TUKA system) to update patterns and maintain document libraries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Development, Bulk Merchandisers, Garment Technologists, and sample room teams.
- Risk Management & Quality Control: Conduct technical risk assessments on tech packs to identify production bottlenecks.
- Timeline Adherence: Maintain organizational skills to adhere to Factory Planning, Bulk Style, and Development Style T&A timelines.
Marker Maker
- Experience & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in CAD marker planning in the garment industry with relevant technical qualifications.
- Fabric Consumption & Costing: Prepare accurate markers for costing and calculate precise fabric consumption based on fabric width, ratios, and cutting methods.
- Cut Planning & Ratio Analysis: Analyze production stages to prepare cut plans, bulk orders, and size ratios.
- Marker Development & Deployment: Create markers for bulk sign-off, size sets, pilots, and bulk production.
- Fabric Inspection & Type Selection: Review fabric inspection reports to determine marker types based on fabric direction, shading, and width variations.
- Waste Analysis & Cross-Functional Alignment: Monitor fabric waste and collaborate with technical and fabric teams to adjust marker methods.
