Senior Pattern Technologist - Intimates

Role Summary

The Senior Pattern Technologist leads a team of pattern makers and is responsible for creating patterns from development, preparing size charts, and grading for bulk production, all in accordance with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and the TNA plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and technical requirements for bra development.
• Attend fit sessions and translate feedback into pattern updates and grading.
• Develop patterns and construction methods based on fit and manufacturability.
• Communicate fit comments and clarifications with internal and external teams.
• Support risk assessment, manage timelines, and coordinate pad and wire development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.
• 3+ years' experience in Bra pattern making.
• Expertise in operating 3D software.
