Role Summary

• Performs planning, organizing and action of laboratory operations and execution.
• Administer laboratory operations to assure quality and compliance in line with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Ensure customer centricity, administrative efficiency and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train and guide laboratory staff to optimize performance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience of more than 3-4 years in SMLT/MLT Grades.
• Shall be SLMC registered.
• Sound technical and commercial acumen.
• Conversant with MS Office packages.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
