Senior Production Executive - Mc Currie

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Daily Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process parameters.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Drive industrial performance by optimizing productivity, minimizing waste, reducing downtime, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, Food Science, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead high-performing production teams.
• Sound functional knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, process control, and industrial performance management.
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, and manufacturing best practices.
