Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology.
• Professional certification in HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 (preferred).
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 standards.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage QA staff and supervise operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Age preferably between 30 - 45 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement Quality Assurance systems (SOPs, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and ensure full compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements while monitoring CCPs and overall process compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (SLSI, CEA, Fisheries), ensure proper documentation, traceability, and batch release procedures, and maintain audit-ready records at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformances (RCA & CAPA), train staff on GMP and hygiene standards, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Stores to drive quality improvements.
