Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

Role Summary

Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages. We are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & upkeep of the Reverse Osmosis plant.
• Ensure incoming material & other ingredients, Preforms, and Blown bottles meet company standards.
• Ensure production processes are carried out as per the company's QMS, FSMS, SOPs & the occurrence of process deviations by implementing robust process control management.
• Ensure product traceability at all levels of the production process.
• Maintenance of quality standard certificates obtained by the plant.
• Chemical/consumable, water usage tracking & maintaining in the approved budget.
• Conduct supplier audits, recommend improvements & create awareness.
• Maintenance of VBLL chemicals, consumables, glassware & Instruments inventory.
• Maintenance of VBLL reference sample room & ensure testing as per SOP.
• Ensure SOPs/WIs are updated & displayed well.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Food & Beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.
• Certified internal auditor for Food Safety & Quality Management System.
• Auditing & compliance, Statistical analysis & data interpretation, Testing Methodology.
• Workforce management, Critical thinking & problem solving, Time Management.
