Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Summary

Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established company located in Nawala, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project cost control, estimation, and contract administration.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for steel fabrication and construction projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement-related cost analysis.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct site measurements, valuations, and interim/final account preparations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and commercial best practices.
• Support management in financial planning and project profitability analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in steel fabrication or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD measurement tools or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
